Details of which sports and the deadlines for affiliating are published by BUCS yearly and this will be communicated to clubs by Stacey Small via BUCS Essentials (BUCS weekly electronic newsletter). It is the responsibility of the club to ensure that the deadline is met and the relevant paperwork and fees (if applicable) is submitted, although Stacey will support.
